Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ObjectionPro at app.objectionpro.app, operated by Pablo Ruiz Acevedo. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. ObjectionPro is available in English, French, and Spanish; in the event of any conflict between translations, the English version prevails.

1. The Service

ObjectionPro is an AI-powered sales objection training platform. Features include:

• AI roleplay practice sessions
• Scoring and performance evaluation
• Mastery tracking across objection categories
• Daily challenges and streak tracking
• AI-generated battle cards
• Custom objection labs
• Personalized objection packs
• Game Film call analysis
• Text-to-speech voice roleplay

ObjectionPro is intended for professional development and training purposes only.

2. Account Registration

To use ObjectionPro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to use ObjectionPro.

3. Subscription and Payment

ObjectionPro offers three billing options, all with the same features:

• Weekly: $8/week
• Monthly: $29.97/month
• Annual: $299/year

Current pricing is always available at www.objectionpro.app. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your chosen interval. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a payment receipt via email for each charge.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Manage Subscription in Settings, which takes you to the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

You can update your payment method and view invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

4. AI Disclaimers

• ObjectionPro is a training tool only. It does not guarantee sales results or performance improvements.
• AI-generated content (roleplay responses, scores, coaching, battle cards) may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You should use your own professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate before acting on any AI-generated content.
• Practice data is processed by Google Gemini's AI models.
• Game Film: If you upload recordings involving other people, you are responsible for obtaining their consent to share the recording. We recommend anonymizing recordings where possible. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ObjectionPro and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploads or your failure to obtain required recording or sharing consent.

5. Usage Limits

All accounts are limited to 50 AI interactions per day across all features. This limit resets at midnight UTC each day. You will receive a clear notification when you reach the daily limit.

We may adjust usage limits with advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ObjectionPro for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
• Attempt to bypass authentication or rate limiting
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the platform to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

We own: the ObjectionPro platform, software, design, objection library, scripts, and branding.

You own: your practice data, custom objections, and Game Film recordings.

AI-generated content (battle cards, coaching feedback, pack objections) is provided for your personal and professional use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content, and we accept no liability for how it is used.

8. Account Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time using the Delete Account button in Settings (you will be asked to type DELETE to confirm). All your data is permanently removed. You can also request deletion by emailing swpruizacevedo@gmail.com.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. We will provide notice except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

ObjectionPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for negligence causing personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at swpruizacevedo@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.

11. International Users

ObjectionPro is available worldwide. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the local laws prevail.

12. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by subscribing to ObjectionPro and accessing the Service immediately upon payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting immediate access to digital content, and you expressly consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed. If you have not accessed the Service within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at swpruizacevedo@gmail.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.

Continued use of ObjectionPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
